How to solve Error Code 19 and 20

Fault code:

【19】【20】Inverter radiator over temperature protection

Reason:

The main reasons for overheating protection of inverter radiators include poor heat dissipation, high ambient temperature, fan failure, or foreign object blockage.

Poor heat dissipation:

Design defects or poor ventilation in the installation location of the radiator result in ineffective heat dissipation.

High ambient temperature:

High temperatures in summer or lack of heat dissipation space around the equipment can exacerbate the temperature rise of the equipment.  ‌

Fan malfunction: The cooling fan is stuck, the cable is bitten off by mice or insects, or blocked by foreign objects, resulting in stalling or insufficient speed.  ‌

Foreign object blockage: Dead branches, fallen leaves, sand, and other debris accumulate in the heat dissipation duct, obstructing air circulation.

solution:

The solution needs to start with maintaining the cooling system and optimizing the environment

1. Optimize the cooling environment

Ensure that the installation location is well ventilated and away from bushes or dusty areas.

Use waterproof cabinets and desiccants to cope with humid environments.  ‌

2. Regularly maintain the cooling system

Clean up foreign objects (such as dead branches and sand) in the cooling air duct, inspect and replace damaged fans.  ‌

Check the fan cable and repair the cable damaged by mice and insects.  ‌

3. Adjust load and power allocation

Avoid starting high-power devices simultaneously and allocate load power reasonably.  ‌

Install power grid voltage monitoring equipment and adjust abnormal voltage in a timely manner.
