How to solve Error Code 45

Fault code:【45】Battery transformer and radiator over temperature protectionReason:1. Load overloadWhen the load power of the inverter exceeds the rated value (such as running high-power equipment at the same time), or the battery charging and discharging current is too high, it will cause the system to trigger protection.  2. Heat dissipation issueBlockage of the radiator, fan malfunction, or accumulation of dust in the heat dissipation channel can result in ineffective heat dissipation and trigger high temperature protection.  3. Component agingThe performance of components such as capacitors and MOS transistors inside the inverter deteriorates over time, affecting the heat dissipation efficiency.  4. The ambient temperature is too highIn high temperature weather or enclosed environments, the equipment generates its own heat and the external temperature exceeds the safety threshold.  Solution:1. Reduce loadTurn off non essential high-power devices (such as air conditioning) to ensure that the total load does not exceed the device capacity.  2. Optimize heat dissipationClean the heat dissipation channel, check the operation status of the fan, and replace damaged parts if necessary.  3. Replace aging componentsInspect key components such as capacitors and MOSFETs, and promptly replace damaged parts.  4.
