【3】Battery not receiving alarm

Reason:

Battery connection issue: The connection wire between the battery and the inverter may be loose, detached, or have poor contact. During long-term use, due to vibration, oxidation, and other reasons, the connection points may become loose, causing the circuit to disconnect and the inverter to be unable to detect the battery connection.

Inverter malfunction: The battery connection detection circuit inside the inverter has malfunctioned and cannot detect whether the battery is connected properly. For example, damaged components such as resistors and capacitors in the detection circuit, or problems with the detection chip, can all lead to incorrect detection results.

Battery failure: The battery itself has a serious malfunction, such as a short circuit or open circuit in the internal plates of the battery, which causes the battery to be unable to output voltage normally. The inverter cannot detect the presence of the battery, resulting in a missed connection alarm.

Solution:

Battery connection issue: Carefully check all connection wires between the battery and the inverter, including positive and negative pole connection wires and grounding wires, to ensure they are securely connected. If loose joints are found, use appropriate tools to tighten them; For oxidized connection points, it is necessary to use sandpaper or specialized cleaning agents to remove the oxide completely to ensure good electrical connection.

Inverter malfunction: If it is suspected to be an internal circuit malfunction of the inverter, professional personnel need to use specialized tools to inspect the inverter. After identifying the faulty component, replace the damaged component. If it is a chip malfunction, it may be necessary to return to the factory for repair or replace the entire control board.

Battery failure: Use professional battery testing equipment to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the battery, including measuring parameters such as open circuit voltage and internal resistance. If it is determined to be a battery failure, it needs to be repaired or replaced according to the type and degree of damage of the battery.
