Fault code: 【27】Phase error of mains power input Reason: Phase errors in the mains input of energy storage inverters are usually caused by abnormal grid voltage or frequency. 1. Abnormal voltage/frequency of the power grid If the input voltage of the mains exceeds the rated range of the inverter (usually 170-260VAC) or the frequency deviates from the standard range (50/60Hz), the protection mechanism will be triggered. 2. Wiring error Reverse or loose input terminals may cause abnormal phase detection. 3. Equipment malfunction Abnormal phase-locked loop circuit or damaged power module inside the inverter can lead to phase judgment errors. Solution: 1. Check the parameters of the power grid Use a multimeter to measure the mains voltage (normal range 170-260VAC) and frequency (50/60Hz). If there are any abnormalities, contact the power department for maintenance. 2. Check the wiring Check if the input terminals are loose, oxidized, or have poor contact, re tighten and ensure correct polarity. 3. Restart or reset the device After disconnecting the inverter power supply for 5 minutes, restart it. If the problem persists, restore the factory settings or contact the manufacturer for maintenance. 4. Upgrade firmware Some models require upgrading the phase-locked loop algorithm through specialized tools. It is recommended to obtain the latest firmware through official channels. If the above operation is ineffective, there may be hardware damage and professional personnel need to inspect and repair it. Note: Please do not dismantle the machine without permission, otherwise it will be out of the warranty of Ktech.
