How to solve Error Code 26

Fault code:

【26】Inverted AC output backflowing to bypass AC output

Reason:

The main reason is the failure of anti backflow measures or system configuration errors, resulting in abnormal flow of electrical energy.

1. Failure of anti backflow device

When the output power of the energy storage inverter is greater than that of the bypass AC system, if the reverse current path is not cut off in a timely manner due to equipment failures such as anti backflow relays and circuit breakers, it will lead to the backflow of electrical energy.  ‌

2. Controller strategy configuration error

If the inverter output priority or charging priority is set incorrectly (such as incorrectly configuring as "mains priority" or "battery priority"), it may cause abnormal power supply direction.  ‌

3. Component aging or damage

The performance of components such as current sensors and anti backflow relays deteriorates or is damaged, resulting in the failure of monitoring and cutting off reverse current functions.  ‌‌‌

Solution:

1. Check the anti backflow device

Immediately check the status of the anti backflow relay and circuit breaker to ensure their normal response. If there is a malfunction, it is necessary to replace qualified components and reconfigure the protection logic.  ‌

2. Optimize controller settings

Set the output priority to "photovoltaic priority" or "mains priority", and ensure that the charging mode (such as SNU/OSO/CSO) matches the system requirements to avoid excessive battery discharge or reverse power supply.  ‌

3. Strengthen monitoring and maintenance

Regularly check the status of current sensors, smart meters, and other equipment to ensure accurate data monitoring; Maintain the cleanliness of relay contacts to avoid oxidation or poor contact.
