How to solve Error Code 59

Fault code:【59】BMS errorReason:1. Abnormal power supplyIf the BMS power supply voltage fluctuates or the DCDC module fails, it may cause the system to malfunction.  ‌2. Hardware issuesCAN signal line disconnection, mismatched terminal resistance, or electromagnetic interference can cause communication abnormalities.  ‌3. Software issueCAN driver configuration error or abnormal message blocking the bus.   ‌4. Hardware failureSensor/controller malfunction: Sensor/controller malfunction: Damaged sensors or abnormal controllers may result in data monitoring errors.  ‌ ‌ Line issues: Loose plugs, non-standard wiring, or excessively long branches can interfere with communication.5. Environmental interference ‌‌‌High temperature, low temperature, or high humidity may affect circuit stability. Solution:1. Check if the external power supply voltage meets the minimum operating requirements and troubleshoot any short circuits/open circuits in the wiring harness.  ‌2. Check the connection status of the circuit, measure the CAN-H/L voltage, and ensure that the terminal resistance value is correct.  ‌3. Program upgrade or restore default settings. 4. Check the connection status of the sensor and troubleshoot hardware faults in the controller.Re fix the line and standardize the routing.  ‌5. Check the installation environment of the equipment to ensure compliance with the product manual requirements.  Recovery suggestionsIf there is a "Bus Off" fault (CAN protocol error accumulation), you can try restarting the BMS or restarting after the vehicle is powered off.
