How to solve Error Code 60

Fault code:【60】BMS low temperature alarm (effective after successful BMS communication)Reason:1. Low battery temperature: When the battery temperature is below the set threshold, the chemical reaction rate decreases, resulting in unstable power output and triggering the low-temperature protection mechanism.  2. Abnormal heat dissipation system: Excessive heat dissipation efficiency may accelerate the cooling of the casing. If the heat dissipation system and battery thermal management are linked abnormally, it may be misjudged as low temperature.  3. Sensor malfunction: When the accuracy deviation of the temperature sensor exceeds 2 ℃, it may cause false alarms.Solution:1. Thermal insulation measures: add thermal insulation materials (such as foam box) around the battery to reduce heat loss.  2. Check the cooling system: Confirm whether the cooling fan and radiator are abnormally linked with the battery thermal management, and adjust parameters or replace components if necessary.  3. Adjust BMS settings: Enter the BMS system settings interface, check if the temperature threshold is reasonable, and appropriately increase the low-temperature protection startup temperature.  4. Replace sensor: If the accuracy of the sensor is abnormal, a high-precision temperature sensor needs to be replaced.  It is recommended to prioritize investigating the linkage between environmental temperature and cooling system before adjusting BMS parameter settings.
