GV200-60——How to Solve Error Code 6 and 7?

Fault code:

1 "DEVICE-OVERTEMP" Device internal overheating

2 "BAT-OVRTMP" Battery overheating

Reason for malfunction:

Poor heat dissipation: Poor heat dissipation of the controller leads to excessive internal temperature. For example, blockages in the radiator, malfunctions in the cooling fan, etc., can all affect the cooling effect of the controller.

Environmental temperature issue: The environmental temperature is too high, exceeding the normal operating range of the controller. If the controller is installed in a high-temperature, enclosed environment, it is easy to cause abnormal temperature rise.

Solution:

Check the heat dissipation condition: Clean the heat sink of the controller, remove dust, debris, etc., to ensure good heat dissipation. At the same time, check if the cooling fan is functioning properly. If there is a malfunction, replace the cooling fan in a timely manner.

Improving environmental temperature: If the environmental temperature is too high, cooling measures can be taken, such as increasing ventilation equipment, installing sunshades, or moving the controller to a suitable temperature environment for installation and use.
