Inverter——How to deal with inverter cooling system and output distortion faul

Reason:

Fan malfunction: The fan motor may be damaged, the blades may be stuck, or there may be excessive dust accumulation, resulting in poor heat dissipation and high internal temperature of the inverter.

Blockage of heat sink: If the heat sink is blocked by dust, debris, etc., it will affect the dissipation of heat and deteriorate the heat dissipation effect of the inverter.

Output waveform distortion: It may be caused by controller failure, poor line contact, battery aging or damage, and other reasons.

Solution:

Check the fan: Clean the dust on the fan blades, check if the fan motor is running properly, and replace the fan if the motor is damaged.

Cleaning the heat sink: Use compressed air or a soft bristled brush to clean the dust and debris on the heat sink, ensuring good ventilation.

Troubleshooting steps: Check if the controller is working properly and replace it promptly if there is a malfunction; Check if the circuit contact is good, and tighten it promptly if there is any looseness; Replace aged or damaged batteries.
