How to solve Error Code 1

Fault code:

【1】Battery undervoltage alarm

Reason:

Battery aging: The battery has been in use for a long time, and the internal chemical substances gradually dissipate, resulting in a decrease in battery capacity and performance, making it difficult to maintain stable voltage output and prone to undervoltage alarms.

Charging system malfunction: It may be due to charger failure, open circuit in the charging circuit, abnormal charging controller, etc., which prevent the battery from charging properly and continuously consume power to an undervoltage state.

Poor battery connection: Loose, oxidized, or poorly connected battery wires can increase circuit resistance, resulting in voltage loss and causing the inverter to detect battery voltage below normal levels, resulting in an undervoltage alarm.

Inverter malfunction: The voltage detection circuit inside the inverter has malfunctioned, which may result in false alarms of battery undervoltage; Or other components of the inverter may malfunction, affecting the normal charging and discharging of the battery, resulting in abnormal battery voltage.

Solution:

Battery aging: Conduct professional testing on the battery. If it is determined that the battery is aging, replace it with a new battery pack and choose a battery that is compatible with the inverter and has reliable quality.

Charging system malfunction: Check if the charger is working properly, inspect the charging circuit for damage, open circuits, etc. If necessary, replace the charger or repair the charging circuit; At the same time, check the parameter settings and working status of the charging controller, and adjust or replace it if necessary.

Poor battery connection: Check the connection status of the battery connection wire, tighten loose joints, clean the oxide at the connection site, and ensure good connection; If the connecting wire is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

Inverter failure: Conduct comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the inverter, repair or replace faulty circuit components; If it is a software issue, you can try updating the control program of the inverter or restoring the factory settings.
