Fault code: 【25】Short Circuit Fault Reason: Line installation issues: DC bus wiring errors or insulation layer damage may cause exposed wires to come into contact, which may accelerate the risk of short circuit due to humid environments. Component failure: The edge of the photovoltaic module is burned or the connector is short circuited internally, causing ground leakage. Equipment quality defects: Poor quality DC connectors or internal components of inverters (such as IGBT modules) have insufficient voltage resistance, which can easily cause short circuits. External interference: Voltage fluctuations or lightning strikes in the power grid may cause system protection mechanisms to malfunction. Solution: Troubleshooting the circuit: Disconnect all input lines, use a megohmmeter to detect the resistance value of each bus to ground, and locate the short-circuit circuit. Check the components: Focus on observing whether there are black burn marks on the edges of the photovoltaic components, and replace damaged components or connectors. Replace parts: Use a DC connector with a higher voltage rating to repair the internally burnt IGBT module. Insulation treatment: Insulate the exposed wires to ensure that the installation height of the equipment meets the requirements for rain and moisture resistance. System upgrade: Update the firmware version of the inverter and optimize the overvoltage/undervoltage protection logic.
