How to solve Error Code 34

Fault code:【34】Parallel ID (communication address) setting errorReason:1. Hardware connection abnormalityLoose, poor contact, or damaged parallel communication lines can cause communication interruptions.  2. IP address conflictIf the IP address of the parallel device is duplicated with other devices in the local area network, it will cause communication confusion.  3. Network configuration errorIncorrect router settings or mismatched network protocols may result in communication failures.  Solution:Check physical connectionsDisconnect all communication lines, re plug and ensure good contact. If using optical fiber, it is necessary to check whether the optical module is emitting light normally.  Replace network devicesIf it is an IP conflict, the IP address of the parallel device can be manually changed to an unoccupied IP segment.  Restart network servicesTurn off the network service of the parallel device and wait for 5 minutes before restarting.  Contact technical supportIf the above operation is invalid, you need to export the device log and contact Ktech Energy technical support for remote diagnosis.  Note: Please do not dismantle the machine without permission, otherwise it will be out of the warranty of Ktech.
