Fault code:【36】Parallel mode, with significant differences in battery voltageReason:1. Battery inconsistencyDifferences in initial capacity, internal resistance, temperature, and other parameters of batteries can lead to asynchronous charging and discharging rates, causing voltage fluctuations. For example, when a certain group of batteries ages or runs low, their voltage may be 20% -30% lower than other groups. 2. Differences in charging and discharging strategiesIf different inverters adopt different charging priorities (such as photovoltaic priority and mains priority), it may lead to inconsistent charging and discharging rates between battery packs. For example, photovoltaic priority inverters may prioritize using photovoltaic energy to charge the battery, while grid priority inverters may delay charging. 3. Uneven temperature distributionThe temperature difference of the battery will accelerate the aging rate difference, leading to voltage fluctuations. For example, in a high-temperature environment, the internal resistance of a certain group of batteries decreases and the discharge rate increases, while in a low-temperature environment, the internal resistance of another group of batteries increases and the discharge rate slows down. 4. Insufficient BMS balancing capabilityIf BMS cannot detect and adjust voltage differences in a timely manner, it may lead to local overcharging or overdischarging. For example, when the voltage of a certain group of batteries is abnormal, the BMS fails to trigger the balancing mechanism, resulting in a continuous expansion of voltage deviation. Solution:1. Optimize charging and discharging strategiesUnified charging priority is set to "simultaneous charging of photovoltaic and mains power", prioritizing the use of photovoltaic energy to charge the battery and reducing the impact of mains power on the battery. 2. Strengthen temperature monitoring and controlInstall an infrared thermal imager to monitor terminal temperature, and conduct monthly inspections of string voltage and insulation impedance to ensure that the temperature difference does not exceed 5 ℃.3. Enhance BMS balance capabilityCalibrate the voltage equalization algorithm through dedicated software to ensure that the phase voltage deviation is ≤ 5%. It is recommended to update the BMS firmware quarterly to optimize the balancing logic.
4. Regular maintenance and testingMonthly testing of battery internal resistance and open circuit voltage, and timely replacement of capacitors or repair of IGBT modules in case of abnormal groups. Note: Please do not dismantle the machine without permission, otherwise it will be out of the warranty of Ktech.
