How to solve Error Code 40

Fault code:【40】Inconsistent version of parallel programReason:1. Manual upgrade failure: During the upgrade process, there may be operational errors or system compatibility issues, resulting in inconsistent versions of components and the entire software package.  2. Component replacement: After replacing the inverter or energy storage system components, the version of the new component may not be compatible with the overall software package.  3. Multiple upgrade failures: Repeated upgrades may result in version conflicts or data anomalies, which require professional handling.  Solution:1. Prioritize upgrading softwareCheck and update the software versions of the inverter, energy storage system, and parallel system to the latest version.  If the versions are inconsistent, each device needs to be upgraded to a unified version.  2. Restart the deviceTurn off the AC output side switch, DC input side switch, and energy storage DC switch of the inverter in sequence, wait for 5 minutes, and then turn them back on.  3. Forced charging and discharging testPerform a full power forced charge and discharge test through the energy storage system to check if the alarm has been eliminated.  4.
