Daily maintenance is actually quite simple; it mainly involves regular inspections, cleaning, and record-keeping:

1. Photovoltaic Modules
Since modules are exposed to the outdoors for extended periods, dust and bird droppings can affect their power generation efficiency. It is recommended to regularly rinse the module surfaces with clean water and avoid scraping them with hard objects. At the same time, check the module glass for cracks and the wiring for loose connections.

2. Energy Storage Batteries
Batteries are the most “delicate” component of the system. It is recommended to periodically inspect the battery’s exterior for any signs of leakage, swelling, or deformation. If possible, measure the battery voltage to confirm that it is within the normal range.

3. Inverter
Regularly clean dust from the cooling fan, check that the indicator lights are functioning properly, and record operating parameters (such as power generation and battery SOC).
It is also important to note: Under no circumstances should the inverter be disassembled while it is in operation

4.Cables and Grounding
Visually inspect the cable insulation for any damage, especially on exposed outdoor sections. Check that the grounding is sound (under normal circumstances, users do not need to measure this themselves).
