How to solve Error Code 22

Fault code:

【22】Memory Fault

Reason:

power fluctuations or poor connections

hardware failure

Memory chip damage or circuit board failure may cause abnormal data storage

External disturbances

Electromagnetic interference or voltage fluctuations may affect the normal reading and writing of memory

Abnormal operating environment

High temperature or humid environments may accelerate the aging of memory components or cause data errors

Solution:

Ensure stable power supply to the inverter and check if all connecting wires are secure. Turn off the inverter completely and restart it.

Check and replace the memory module or circuit board.  ‌

Ensure good grounding of the equipment and use anti-interference measures.  ‌

Improve equipment heat dissipation and moisture prevention measures.  ‌

It is recommended to prioritize checking the hardware connection and operating environment. If the problem persists, it is necessary to contact professional personnel for maintenance.
