Fault code:

【21】Fan Fault

Reason:

Dust or foreign matter accumulation: After long-term operation, the fan blades and heat dissipation holes are easily blocked by dust, which affects the heat dissipation efficiency.

Bearing wear or insufficient lubrication: Fan bearings may experience wear after 10000 hours of continuous operation, leading to abnormal noise or stalling.

Power or circuit failure: unstable voltage, aging circuit, or poor contact can trigger the protection mechanism. For example, when the input voltage is below 10% of the rated value, the fan may not start.

Mechanical components of the fan are damaged: hardware issues such as motor burnout and blade breakage require direct replacement.

Cleaning and maintenance

-After power failure, use a soft bristled brush or compressed air to remove dust, with a focus on cleaning the blades and heat dissipation holes.

-It is recommended to clean once every 3 months, and the cycle should be shortened for high dust environments.

Check the power supply and circuit

-Measure the fan interface voltage with a multimeter to ensure it is within the rated range (such as 12V or 24V ± 5%).

-Check for loose or oxidized wiring, and re plug and unplug the connector.

Replace damaged components

-If the bearing makes abnormal noise, you can try adding lubricating oil (such as silicone grease). If it fails, replace the fan.

-Choose original or compatible model.
