Fault code: 【32】Parallel control CAN communication failure Reason: 1. Hardware connection issues Wiring error: Check if CANH/CANL is connected in reverse (corresponding to the corresponding pin connected to the communication interface) Abnormal terminal resistance: Ensure that 120 Ω terminal resistors are connected at both ends (high-speed CAN must be configured) Power adapter issue: Check if the power supply of the rotary converter simulator is normal and if the voltage matches (such as a 5V adapter) 2. Configuration parameter issues Inconsistent baud rate: All nodes must have the same baud rate (conventional 500k) Channel configuration error: Confirm that the CAN card channel matches the channel of the rotary converter simulator (such as the channel corresponding to the Set_x command) ACK response exception: Check if the receiving device is in normal mode to respond to the ACK signal 3. Signal interference issue Electromagnetic interference: Check if there are strong magnetic field devices near the parallel system Bus load too high: Optimize message priority to ensure bus utilization does not exceed 70% Impedance mismatch: Check cable type (twisted pair required) and terminal resistance value Solution: 1. Physical layer detection: Measure the bus voltage (differential voltage of about 2V) and whether the waveform is regular 2. Isolation test: Disconnect nodes one by one and locate faulty devices 3. Parameter verification: Confirm the consistency of parameters such as baud rate and ID filtering 4.
