How to solve Error Code 23

Fault code:

【23】Model Setting Error

Reason:

1. Parameter setting error

If the set parameter value exceeds the rated range of the equipment (such as the current protection value exceeding 150% of the rated current), it will cause an alarm.‌

2. Software version issue

Version too low: Some models require specific software version support, and failure to update in a timely manner may result in functional abnormalities.

3. Hardware connection error

Wiring error: Incorrect or virtual connection between PV terminal and BAT terminal may result in abnormal current distribution. ‌

Device mixing: Connecting incompatible energy storage devices (such as mixing old and new devices) may cause system conflicts. ‌

Solution:

1. Please refer to the equipment manual to confirm the upper and lower limits of the parameters.

2. Upgrade the software version.

3. Check the wiring and ensure that all switches are in the on state.

Remove the incompatible device.

Note: Please do not dismantle the machine without permission, otherwise it will be out of the warranty of Ktech.
