1. The display screen switch is not turned on

Reason：The switch on the display screen is not turned on, so it cannot be displayed.

Resolvent：Check if the battery，the PV air switch has been closed; if the switch is in the "ON" state; press any button on the screen to exit the screen sleep mode.

2. Loose connection of display screen

Reason：During transportation or long-term use, the connecting wires of the display screen may become loose. This will cause the display screen to be unable to receive normal signals, resulting in the inability to display.

Resolvent：Open the casing (ensuring that the device has been powered off and that you have some electrical safety knowledge), and check if the connection wires of the display screen are secure. If looseness is found, unplug and ensure a tight connection.

3. Input power failure

Reason：The MPPT controller did not receive a normal input power supply. This may be due to the disconnection of the circuit connecting the solar panel, the melting of the fuse, or the panel itself not outputting enough voltage. For example, if the connecting wires of a solar panel age or break after long-term exposure to wind and sun, it will cause the power supply to be unable to input normally.

Resolvent：Firstly, check the connection circuit between the solar panel and the MPPT controller to ensure that the circuit is firmly connected and not damaged. A multimeter can be used to check the continuity of the circuit. If the fuse is found to be blown, it should be replaced with a fuse of the same specification. At the same time, check whether the output voltage of the solar panel is within the rated input voltage range of the MPPT controller. Generally, you can refer to the equipment manual to determine the rated voltage range.
