Fault code【3】： Battery disconnected alarm

Reason for malfunction:

Loose or corroded battery terminals: Long term use or vibration may cause the battery terminals to become loose, increasing the connection resistance or even breaking the circuit. At the same time, oxidation and corrosion may occur on the surface of the terminals, affecting conductivity.

Line problem: Aging, damage, open circuit or short circuit of the line can cause interruption of the connection between the batteries or abnormal signals, triggering an alarm.

Aging or damage of battery: Prolonged use, sulfurization of internal electrode plates, detachment of active substances, etc. can lead to a decrease in battery performance, which may result in abnormal voltage, inability to charge and discharge normally, and trigger a disconnection alarm.

Battery overcharging or over-discharging: Failure of charging control or excessive external load may cause overcharging or over-discharging of the battery, leading to the battery entering a protective state and triggering an alarm.

Solution:

Tighten and clean terminals: Check and tighten the bolts of the battery terminals, use tools such as sandpaper to clean the oxide on the surface of the terminals, and ensure good contact.

Check and repair the circuit: Carefully inspect the circuit for damage, aging, and other conditions, replace or repair the damaged circuit, and ensure that the circuit connection is correct and the insulation is good.

Testing and battery replacement: Use professional battery testing equipment to test the voltage, capacity, internal resistance, and other parameters of the battery. If the battery ages or is severely damaged, a new battery needs to be replaced.

Adjust charging parameters: Check if the charging parameter settings are correct, adjust charging voltage, current and other parameters reasonably according to the specifications and characteristics of the battery, and prevent overcharging or over-discharging.
